How to Make Ferro Titanium?

Ferro titanium is primarily produced through the ​​aluminothermic reduction process​​, which is highly exothermic (produces its own heat).

The aluminum aggressively reduces the oxides of titanium and iron, generating immense heat that melts the resulting metals, which form the ferro titanium alloy.
